The autumn-winter season marks the beginning of a new project for Palazzo XNL in Piacenza.
The first act in a series of exhibitions that aim to bring to light little-known works from private collections and compare them with contemporary artists.

The first author called to work on the project is Massimo Grimaldi (Taranto, 1974), who presents ten years of works in motion between portrait and alteration of the same; reality, artificial intelligence, deformation of the image given by technological instruments, dualism between ethics and aesthetics formalism and visual activism.
Grimaldi's works weave a sometimes jarring relationship with two works from the Galleria d'Arte Moderna Ricci Oddi. This latter adjoins Palazzo XNL, the venue of the exhibition, recounting an art, however, that is more distant in time, that of the period between the 19th century and the first decades of the 20th century.
