To celebrate Christmas 2025, Parma will be dressed in lights and colors! You can only be fascinated by the small neighborhoods that shine with lights and by the elegant Piazza Garibaldi with the Christmas tree, which will be lit as usual on the afternoon of December 8.
In addition, there are many initiatives for young and old.
From December 8 to 24, Christmas at Pilotta with stalls offering local food and wine products.
On December weekends, from Piazza Ghiaia to the Portici of the Old Hospital, from Via Garibaldi to Via D'Azeglio, the Christmas Markets return, ideal opportunities to find gifts and enjoy local products.
The festive season is accompanied by numerous concerts: on December 13, Christmas together at the Teatro Regio in Parma; on December 13 and 14, the Harlem Gospel Choir at the Auditorium Paganini; on December 19, the Gospel Concert at the Church of San Giovanni Evangelista; on December 31 and January 1, the Philharmonic performs at the Auditorium Paganini; while at the Teatro Regio, the New Year's Concert with the Filarmonici di Busseto welcomes 2026 with elegance.
There are numerous theatrical offerings for families, including multiple performances of A Christmas Carol and shows dedicated to children. The contemporary circus events also return with Tutti matti sotto zero.
