Palazzo Utini

In the small town of Noceto, just fifteen minutes from Parma, the epicentre of Italian Food Valley and a Unesco heritage site, Palazzo Utini is a modern ‘inn’ that celebrates the proverbial Emilian hospitality with a contemporary spirit. Born from the important work of recovery and redevelopment of a historic building in the city centre, Palazzo Utini was strongly desired by the Utini family to bring back to life a symbolic place of the territory, with a glorious past and always devoted to the gastronomic culture of excellence. To narrate and celebrate the rich gastronomic and agri-food heritage of their land, the Utini family ask Enrico Bartolini, a chef with thirteen Michelin stars, at their side, who in the fine dining restaurant proposal entrusts Chef Roberto Monopoli with the declination of his gastronomic thought: talent and territory, tradition and culture.

The Interior Design project, signed by Architect Stefano Guidotti, was born with the idea of preserving the link with the territory, but also of creating an elegant and contemporary space, a place where design and cuisine come together in a perfect union.

Palazzo Utini is a five-star boutique hotel with fifteen rooms and suites, two restaurants, one gourmet cuisine and a bistro and a lounge bar.

The Bistrot at Palazzo Utini welcomes its guests among intimate and elegant rooms, located on the ground floor of the building. From the entrance, the contemporary design of the furnishings, embellished with works of art by local artists, creates a visual harmony that captivates and envelops diners.

The menu celebrates the rich Italian culinary tradition, revisiting the great classics with a touch of creativity, always paying attention to the seasonality and quality of ingredients, carefully selected from the best local suppliers.

Completing the gastronomic offerings of Palazzo Utini is the Lounge Bar, the ideal place for a snack, an appetising aperitif or an after-dinner cocktail, entrusted to the care of Bar Manager Alice Camellini, a Parma native with an important curriculum in the world of hospitality and mixology. The drink list interprets and narrates the history and architecture of Palazzo Utini from 1820 to today, capturing in cocktails the essence and charm of each room. The proposal includes some twenty drinks between timeless classics and original creations. Each cocktail is designed to represent a piece of the Palazzo's history and soul, revisiting the great classics in a contemporary and multifaceted key. The drinks are accompanied by delicious finger food prepared by the Bistrot kitchen.
