Collezione Maramotti is a private contemporary art collection which opened to visitors in 2007 in the historical headquarters of Max Mara company.
The Collection consists of several hundred works of art that date from 1945 to the present, of which something more than two hundred are on permanent display as an in-depth presentation of a number of the central artistic tendencies, both Italian and international, of the second half of the 20th century.
Ever since the opening of Collezione Maramotti, its permanent collection has been flanked by a systematic program of exhibitions and commissioned projects in the areas of the building which specifically function as venues for temporary events.
In particular, two new temporary projects will be on view at the Collection from 27 October 2024 to 16 February 2025:
The permanent installation is also worth a visit: A permanently open window by Jason Dodge, a site-specific project for a disused industrial space converted into a business centre. The permanent installation can be visited on request on Saturdays and Sundays at the following times: April to September from 5 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.; October to March from 1 p.m. to 1.30 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Access to the temporary exhibitions is free on Thursday and Friday from 2.30 pm to 6.30 pm; Saturday and Sunday from 10.30 am to 6.30 pm.
The entire exhibition is accessible for persons with motor disabilities.
