Placed in Soarza near Villanova sull'Arda, the Farm has been enhanced from generations the traditional agriculture production: cereals, beet sugar, mais, forage.
They cultivate their own fruits and vegetables, which will be transform in jams and preserves. The philosophy is the genuine raw materials and simple transformation process, without additives or coloring. There is a lab for tasting sessions and for buying the products.
Palazzo Costa Picasso is a typical example of a noble country palace in Piacenza style built at the end of the seventeenth century. Wanted by the will of the Costa Counts as a country palace within the large landed estates, it was then purchased by the Picasso family in the second half of the nineteenth century, during which time the development and modernization of the structure took place. In 2020 it was purchased by the Pisaroni family, already owners of the neighboring Cascina Pizzavacca, a company of excellence in the production of giardiniera vegetables, pickles, preserves and fruit nectars.
Following a careful conservative restoration, the Palace now consists of 14 rooms and accommodations, available for overnight stays or extended stays. The offer is enriched by a small country “Osteria” that uses mostly raw materials produced by the company, among the services a swimming pool surrounded by greenery, the possibility of purchasing products directly from the company.
