Built between the end of the XIX Century and the beginning of the XX, the theatre is located near Villa Fortunata, a palace built by order of Armando Raggio (1882-85).
This gem, a hall unique in its genre, a hybrid between an auditorium and a botanical garden, hosts a stage built in masonry and a proscenium arch preserving traces of flower decorations.
