The small Italian-style hall in the hearth of Lower Parma is an evolution of the original rougher one commissioned by the Marquis Antonio Pallavicino in 1804. It has 12 boxes and it was decorated by Pietro Piazza and Giovanni Azzi (the latter also decorated the curtain with floral patterns, which is still visible now)
