Food Farm located in Piacenza's suburbs, near Val Trebbia.
Since 1928 Serafini has been synonymous with quality in offering its dairy products, cured meats and fresh pasta.
In particular the most important products are: PDO Grana Padano aged between 20 and 30 months, Ricotta cheese and butter; cured meat like Coppa and Salame; Tortelli "with tail" fresh pasta with spinach and ricotta cheese, anolini pasta with beef stew that every day Serafini family realizes with care, choosing quality raw materials.
There are two shops open to the public: one near the manufacturing industry and one in Piacenza City Center, in via Calzolai, historical food shops street.
