The MuMAB is the Museum of the Ancient Sea and Biodiversity. It's located in the Stirone and Piacenziano Regional Park in Salsomaggiore Terme. It's exhibits are some of the most important ones found in the Po Valley. It's most famous one is the fossil of a cetacean (Plesiobalaenoptera Quarantellii), which was found by Raffaele Quarantelli.
The museum tells the story of the Ancient Sea that was once in this area, and the species the lived here.
