Mossi Winery has centuries of history: it has been making wine since at least 1558.
It is located in Ziano Piacentino, in the hills of Piacenza, Emilia-Romagna, where it grows the area's traditional varieties, including Barbera and Croatina for red wines and Ortrugo and Malvasia di Candia Aromatica for white wines. In recent decades it has taken care of Malvasia Rosa, a very rare variety produced by only three wineries worldwide. It boasts numerous awards and recognitions received both nationally and internationally (IWSC, DWWA, DAWA, Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, Wine Hunter...).
During the visit to the Winery, it is possible to access the Peasant Museum where agricultural and household tools that have belonged to the Mossi Family for generations are kept.
Visit and wine tasting paired with local PDO products by reservation only.
