Gallettificio Valtidone was born in the rich and lush Emilian plain, between the gates of the Tidone Valley and the Po River, in Corniola di Borgonovo V.T., a few kilometers from Piacenza.
The galettes produced, made from corn, rice and buckwheat, are an excellent substitute for bread, but also ideal as snacks and to pair with aperitifs or breakfasts.
All products are free of yeast, dyes and additives; they are also naturally gluten-free and made only with raw materials from the farms in the network, maintaining a short supply chain to ensure traceability, with both organic and integrated methods.
The products bear the Vegan ok mark, and the organic galettes possess ICEA certification.
