The “12 Monaci” Restaurant, managed by Andrea and Letizia Nizzi with the Hotel Relais Fontevivo is annexed to the famous Cistercian Abbey, an amazing medieval monument. The building history started with the Abbey foundation in Romanic era.
Near to the big communication route, it is a pleasant stop for who crosses the parmesan province for free time or for business.
The building has the ancient architectonic base, bedrooms with private bathroom excavated in the cells of the ancient monastery. The wonderful cloister and the restaurant room can host 200 people: ideal for celebrations, wedding and business breakfast in a unique atmosphere.
The “12 Monaci” restaurant, in fact, is located in the ancient Dinner Room. It proposes both parmesan cuisine and original elaboration of traditional recipes, made by Andrea Nizzi chef, member of Parma Quality Restaurant.
