A small family-run vinegar cellar on a farm along the historic Via Emilia on the border with the municipality of Rubiera.
Surrounded by its own vineyards, Lambrusco Salamino and Ancellotta grapes are also used for the production of cooked must, the main ingredient of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia DOP and balsamic condiments.
Visitors will be welcomed directly into the vineyards for a short walk along the rows. Then it is up to the vinegar cellar where the production and long history of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO will be told.
Finally, we move on to the tasting of the Balsamic vinegars, inside the recently completed tasting room, a long vertical up to the over 25 years of refinement!
And for the little ones, the farm with its stable, cats and horse will be a great discovery!
