Located in Langhirano, Prosciuttificio Conti has been produced quality Parma Ham for 50 years.
They started their activities like farmers and breeders; during winter time, they learned the hams aging process in the historical Langhirano delicatessen.
In 2002 they joined an important project, named "Technological Innovation", in collaborations with Parma University and Agricultural Politics Ministry, that has given the possibility to start the production of new cured meat like "Dolce Culatta", that now is the Company flagship product, in addition to the famous Parma Ham.
