I am Alice Rossi, born and raised in Parma, a small city that always gives great satisfaction.
I like to think that life should be lived with warmth and smiles, trying to give substance to one's passions and dreams!
My passion par excellence is food and my dream is to be able to share my passion! I graduated with a degree in Gastronomic Sciences, both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree, to give my interests a solid foundation and allow me to approach the subject more professionally.
In 2013, I decided to obtain my licence as a Tourist Guide and Tour Guide with the aim of bringing Italian and foreign tourists into direct contact with our food and wine realities and our great historical-artistic heritage, driven by the idea of transmitting to listeners not only structured information, but also and above all sharing the emotion and love for my homeland: I love my job and I couldn't have made a better choice!
