Under the starry sky, among fireflies and laughter, we will dine together with the scents of the Parma tradition

Mixed appetizer with cold cuts, cheeses, compotes and sott'oli
Three sets of tortelli (including the herbed classics, "drowned" in butter and "dried" with Parmigiano!)

After the great success of the first spring brunch, the country-chic B&B Il Pozzo e la Macina di Bardi is ready for its second edition... this time in a summer version with a special surprise!
A unique day of taste, relaxation and art in the heart of nature!
NEW: CYANOTYPE WORKSHOP
In collaboration with the professional photographer Francesca Pilato, you can participate in a fascinating cyanotype workshop! You will experience an ancient photographic printing process, also known as "blueprint", which produces monochrome prints with the characteristic Prussian blue colour.
You will collect plant elements
You will create your own artistic composition
You will be guided in the use of iron salts which, when exposed to ultraviolet light, will react forming the magical blue of Prussia.
The workshop is open to participants aged 18 and over.
