The perfect opportunity to completely immerse yourself in the culture of our area and discover the best it has to offer. During the guided tour of the cellar we will plunge into the history and production process of our wines, discovering the secrets of winemaking and the history of the local varieties that characterize the production of the “Colli di Parma” area.
After the tour, a light and 100% locally sourced lunch celebrating the best products of the Food Valley, served on our terrace overlooking the vineyards or in the panoramic room on the first floor. The trip would never be complete without the perfect pairing: our wines. Each product will be carefully paired with the wines from our production, creating an unforgettable sensory experience.
The light lunch menu includes: Crouton with spicy anchovies (Rizzoli secret recipe) and soft butter or (vegetarian alternative) Crouton with raw diced tomato, extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil; Parmigiano Reggiano DOP aged for 28 months; Platter of local PDO cured meats or (vegetarian alternative) Erbazzone (salty spinach pie); Crispy giardiniera salad; Traditional sbrisolona cake; Water and four glasses of wine paired with individual dishes.
