During the opening period of the exhibition "The Tables of an Ancient Piacenza Family", Counts Zanardi Landi have decided to introduce a special cookery course for the entire month of March.
From Sunday 2 March to Sunday 23 March. The first four Sundays of March 2025 (2, 9, 16 and 23 March).
Timetable: from 10 a.m. to approx. 12 noon.

We will warmly welcome you to the heart of our village, surrounded by centuries of history and tradition. Our cook, Ornella Malvicini, an expert in local recipes handed down from generation to generation, will be your guide on this culinary journey. You will discover how to select the best ingredients and how to use them to create delicious dishes. She will share with you secrets and techniques for preparing a series of traditional recipes, from chiacchiere and Carnival sweets (2 March), to homemade tagliatelle (with different sauces, 9 March), Tortelli piacentini con la coda (16 March), Pisarei e faso' and gnocchi (23 March). During the course, you will have the opportunity to "get your hands dirty" and experiment yourself! After the exciting cooking session, we will gather to enjoy a great aperitif! Having lunch in the magnificent village hall, surrounded by ancient walls, will make this experience even more memorable.
But our Cooking Class doesn't end there! To complete your culinary journey, we will taste a selection of the best wines from various wineries, specially chosen to perfectly match the dishes you have prepared.
