We are waiting for you at our factory in Carpineti di Reggio Emilia in Via Colombaia Casteldaldo, where you can visit our Cellar where we produce Balsamic Vinegar stored in wooden barrels for a long time.
You can also enjoy, in the tasting room, typical dishes of Emilian cuisine combined with our balsamic vinegars.
Guided tours are open to everyone (individuals, groups of up to 16 people) and every day, with prior booking, and we also accept school groups or simply lovers of nature and, of course, balsamic vinegar.
