The pleasure of tasting with every sense, including the civic one of solidarity. This is the social project of the Gropparello Castle, which is launching its own line of chocolate products in collaboration with Cooperativa Sociale 180, which processes and transforms Cacao Barry - Callebaut chocolate in its own laboratory and provides a selection of cocoa beans from Madagascar, Tanzania and the Sao Tomè Islands.
The result? The Chocolate of the Simples, all to be tasted in the manor house, to be bought after the guided tours and to be given as a gift to those you love in the shop-ticket office and in the Tavern's refreshment bar: here you will find dark and milk chocolate bars available in different sizes and weights, as well as pure chocolates, beggars, dry pastries and Napolitain.
