The Aeronautica Militare Balloon Cup(Air Force Balloon Cup) is an event hosted at the San Damiano airport, in the San Giorgio Piacentino area.
For three days, from Friday 11 to Sunday 13 October, the skies of the Val Nure will see hot air balloons take to the skies, and activities dedicated to flying for all ages will take place in the military airport.
Ascents with anchored hot-air balloons, workshops dedicated to hot-air balloons and kites, historical re-enactments with instruments preserved by the air force, exhibitions, and flying over the Frecce Tricolore(Tricolour Arrows).
