The festival-market on flora and nursery biodiversity Ortocolto returns on May 2 and 3, 2026 in the beautiful garden of Villa Pallavicino of Busseto. Selected botanical varieties, collections of rare plants, organic vegetables and fruits, artisans and artists, and agri-food products typical of the biodiversity of this territory will all be present at this event.
During these two days you will find handicraft creations, vegetable and garden compositions, among plants and colours by expert nurserymen, as well as lectures on gardens.
In Busseto, it is urrounded by a perfectly square fishpond and welcomed by an elegant seventeenth-century pavilion, the villa gradually reveals itself.
Once the summer residence of the Marquises, it was born in the sixteenth century as a refined country house and grew over the centuries, transforming until the nineteenth century. Here, architecture dialogues with water, history with the landscape, and every detail tells a story of timeless beauty.
