The fragrant tuber since ancient times has always been sought after and appreciated for its ability to unmistakably flavor the dishes of Emilian cuisine.
The stands of the Truffle Exhibition and other typical products of the territory are set up at the CavolaForum: stands of truffle, Parmigiano-Reggiano and mushrooms.
They are also flanked by exhibitors offering various products: herbal goods, embroidery, leather processing, wood, stone, paintings, etc..
You can also taste the prized tuber both in the structure of the Pro Loco and in the restaurants in the area.
