On October 4 and 5, 2025, the cycling event for 'gourmands' returns with new routes and new gourmet experiences, along the valleys around Parma.
With the aim of providing participants with a unifying experience that engages all the senses, Gravel Gourmet focuses on small towns in the province of Parma, immersed in the architectural, historical, and gastronomic excellences of this area.
Gravel Gourmet 2025 will offer more accessible routes, also appealing to less experienced fans or those less inclined towards performance: this is why a Family itinerary is being introduced, which will accompany two other routes, all scheduled for Sunday, October 5.
Saturday, October 4 - informal ride.
Sunday, October 5 - 2 gravel routes, 1 family route.
The products and cuisine of this area in the province of Parma, located in the heart of the Italian Food Valley, need no introduction.
You will be delighted with the most appreciated PGI and PDO products in the world such as Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma, as well as cold cuts, but let’s not forget, of course, that the highlight of the cuisine in Emilia is fresh pasta, particularly filled pasta. From a wine perspective, Lambrusco and Malvasia are the most characteristic grape varieties of the Colli di Parma DOC production.
