Why not introduce even the youngest citizens to the story of San Donnino, the patron saint of Fidenza? We will do it in a simple and fun way, telling them a beautiful fable right in front of the Cathedral. There will also be a final moment to make a simple craft.

Why Hunter's Supermoon? Because thanks to its brightness, Native American hunters could easily hunt at night, stocking up on prey for the winter season. A simple loop walk in the autumn colours of the early Fidenza hills.

Vines, shoots and bunches of goodness encore

In October, the hard work of the grape harvest is ovwer and the rows of vines begin to turn the warm colours of autumn. We will take a walk through the vineyards on the Poggiolo Estate, which stands at the highest point of Cangelasio, the hill overlooking Salsomaggiore Terme and which also includes olive groves, woods, orchards and a private lake. After a pleasant walk in this generous land, you cannot miss a final tasting of the Cantina's wines.

Secret Fidenza
Sunday 10 November 2024, 3 p.m.
It is possible to reconstruct the history of a city by walking through the streets, crossing the squares and observing the buildings that have sprung up along these streets and around these squares. With a more attentive and curious gaze, we will discover little-visited corners of the town, details hidden among the buildings and unusual views. During the walk, there will be no shortage of curious anecdotes and town legends. A special stop on the tour will be the historic Palazzo Omati.
