To understand the indissoluble link between territory and wine, there is no better way than tasting a glass while sitting among the vines. And if you wish, you will be provided with a map for an independent walk, to relax in the calm of our hills. A gentle path between the red of our clay soil and the bright green of our vineyards!
You will start with a guided tour of the wine cellar: departure from the panoramic terrace and explanation of the birth of the wine cellar, its development and the surrounding area; followed by a tour of the production area with explanation of the relevant processing techniques. End of the tour in the barrique cellar, the beating heart of the winery, where our most important wines are aged in oak barrels and terracotta amphorae (duration approx. 45 minutes). Afterwards, handover of the basket and free picnic in the vineyards. The picnic basket includes: tablecloth, glasses, compostable napkins and cutlery, cheese platter, plate of typical cold cuts (salami, coppa, culaccia), bread and focaccia, water, a 0.75 l bottle of wine for every 2 pax, tart.
