The Monte delle Vigne winery in the heart of the Colli di Parma DOC area offers a very special experience.
It is said that it was first produced in the Middle Ages by monks: today it is the most famous cheese in the world. An artisan product that still tells of the authenticity and specificity of the flavors of our land. Try it in different ages and in unique combinations with our wines: an experience designed to discover all the nuances of taste in a perfect marriage of flavors.
